DESCRIPTION:Join a KCCS Parent Support Group this summer. \nParents of gend
 er diverse youth\, whether young teens or young adults\, deserve understan
 ding\, connection\, and support. While today’s sociopolitical climate ca
 n feel challenging and\, at times\, discouraging for the trans community a
 nd their families\, there is also strength in finding community\, trusted 
 guidance\, and spaces where you can be heard without judgment. The emotion
 s that arise such as fear\, sadness\, uncertainty\, even frustration — a
 re real and valid. There can be difficult decisions along the way\, but yo
 u do not have to carry them alone. With support\, information\, and connec
 tion\, families can move forward with greater confidence\, compassion\, an
 d hope.\nThe group will begin on June 4 and meet every other Thursday fro
 m 7:00 - 8:15 PM. (If we have more than 8 families register\, we will cre
 ate a second group that will meet on the alternating Thursdays)\nTo regis
