Stephanie Brown
Stephanie
Stephanie Brown, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. In the PASSPORT Program, Stephanie provides skill-based support, drawing on her expertise in CBT and DBT. She is also available to provide individual support to PASSPORT clients in need of an individual therapist.
Stephanie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. She provides client-centered treatment, drawing on techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness and expressive art therapy. Her focus is on providing individuals from diverse backgrounds with a safe space to enhance self-awareness and develop the skills they need to reach personal goals and lead more satisfying lives. In working with a broad range of clients, Stephanie has developed an understanding and appreciation for each individual’s unique strengths and natural resiliency.
Stephanie specializes in supporting clients dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, socialization, learning disabilities, attention deficits, substance abuse, trauma, stress management and coping with adjustments and life transitions. She has experience working in school, community-based, and private practice settings.

Allison Goldfarb

The PASSPORT Program is pleased to have Allison Goldfarb of North Light Coaching facilitating equine coaching for our clients. Allison has studied the language of the horse, natural horsemanship techniques, round pen training, and energy work, including Level II Reiki. She is a PATH Int’l Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor and a certified practitioner of the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®.
She specializes in guiding teens, adults, and couples as they resolve and transform depression, anxiety, grief and loss, childhood and adult trauma, and relationship conflicts. Her coaching partners include her two horses, Charlie and Hobbs, and three very helpful barn cats at her coaching location in Aldie, VA.
Allison lives in Fairfax County, VA with her family. When not at the barn, she enjoys yoga, gardening, cooking, reading, and walking in the fields with her best canine friend.

Valerie Hadeed
Valerie
Valerie Hadeed is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a certified health and wellness coach. She challenges our PASSPORT clients to consider the wholeness of their mind, body and spirit as they go through the intensive program of support. She has 20 years of experience in the Mental Health Field, specializing in Substance Abuse Counseling. Valerie’s experience spans care of patients in various treatment modalities including: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a Psychiatric Hospital, Long Term Residential Treatment, and Outpatient Treatment. She has a long and successful history of startup operations together with programming new treatment facilities.
Before entering the mental health field, Valerie worked in physical health. Her experiences in Health Club Management, personal training, and exercise education shaped her lifelong commitment to excellent nutrition and exercise.
Valerie also offers her clients the benefit of Neurofeedback, one of the more powerful transformative technologies available today. It is a gentle, non-invasive process that utilizes information about your brain waves to facilitate better mental performance, mental health, and overall well-being.

Jackie Tury

The PASSPORT Program is thrilled to partner with Jackie Tury, MSW for the art component of our program. Jackie is an artist, life coach and the founder of Artful Awakenings. She believes in the power of art to inspire, heal and transform. Her passion is helping others awaken their mind, body, and spirit through art and the creative process, guiding them to their own “artful awakenings.”
Jackie has spent several years working in clinical mental health settings as well as in the classrooms of Fairfax County Public Schools. She combines her passion for art with her experience as a clinical social worker, educator, and certified life coach to provide the following services:
• individual and group coaching both on and off the canvas
• expressive art groups
• workshops and retreats that uniquely blend personal and spiritual growth with expressive arts and self-discoveryJackie uses the process of intuitive painting and mixed media collage to create colorful, inspirational artwork infused with positive energy. She shows and sells her work in local shops and galleries as well as online.
