The Art of Advocacy
Join Heather Kirby, LCSW and Lisa Tudor, ACC, with your questions and curiosity about advocating for your trans loved one in community spaces such as school and the medical team that may be well-intentioned and may also be less-informed. We will look at:
- Levels and timing of support
- Uninformed versus unsupported
- G.A.A.A! - A framework of four steps to facilitating informed experiences in your community of support

Prerequisite:
The drop-in group is open only to parents who have previously attended the Parent Education Program, reagrdless of how long ago that was and whether or not you have ever chose to attend the Parent Support Groups.
Price:
A fee of $50 per session will be applied to after attendance each drop-in group.
